With over a decade of coaching experience I will help you learn effective strength training techniques in a supportive environment, improving your strength, posture, balance, energy levels, and everyday movement.
Whether your goal is to get fitter, prevent injury, support you’re running, or simply feel stronger for daily life, these classes will help you build healthy habits and make lasting progress towards your personal fitness goals.

Postnatal Fitness Class
Indoor/outdoor friendly, group fitness designed to help you recover from childbirth and help you get your pre baby fitness back in a safe way. Relaxed class, welcome to bring your baby or toddler.. Workouts focus on:
Low Impact Cardio- exercises to help you get your fitness back after having a baby.
Full Body Strength & Tone - Strengthening & tone up every muscle.
Restoring your Core and Pelvic floor - Every session is full of movements that are at the right pace for your body, helping you safely restore your core strength.
As an experienced Postnatal fitness instructor, I take into account your labour type and recovery. Please make sure you have been approved by a Dr to exercise before attending.
